WHAT IS YCC?
Youth Care Club is a student-run volunteer organization that currently spans across six high schools in San Diego, California. Working together in affiliation with the American Chinese Culture and Education Foundation, YCC's main goal as a non-profit is to sponsor the education of students in rural parts of China each year.
On it's own, YCC functions as a volunteer club open to all middle to high school students across San Diego County, partaking in multiple events throughout the school year, whether in partnership with another organization (see below or Our Events), or self-made event. Members of YCC through and through build connections and relationships, gain leadership skills, and experience the outside world as a volunteer.

Apart from it's main fundraising goal, members of Youth Care Club participate year-round in multiple events across San Diego, volunteering for various purposes, such as feeding the homeless, and running booths. Volunteers are able to gain not only hours, but also connections, relationships, and many life skills.
